Order Preparation

Maison Taslar creations are made to order and are not held in stock at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the usual production time before dispatch is 3 to 5 working days.

This production time is separate from the delivery time.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Maison Taslar offers delivery within France and to international destinations available at checkout.

The available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are provided to customers during checkout.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are additional to the production time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and the available delivery methods.

The applicable shipping cost is displayed before the customer confirms and pays for their order.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.
