RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Personalised Creations
Maison Taslar creations are made to order according to the specifications selected by the customer when placing their order.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalised.
Where the ordered creation meets these criteria, it is therefore not eligible for return or refund under the right of withdrawal.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
As all creations are made to order, any request to modify or cancel an order must be sent as soon as possible to:
Once production of a creation has begun, Maison Taslar cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible.
Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Products
The absence of a right of withdrawal for personalised creations does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
If a creation arrives damaged, is defective or does not conform to the order, the customer is invited to contact Maison Taslar at:
Customers are advised to include their order number and photographs showing the issue.
All applicable statutory consumer rights remain fully protected. The statutory guarantee of conformity applies independently of the right of withdrawal.
Returns Accepted by Maison Taslar
Where a return is accepted under applicable legal provisions, Maison Taslar will inform the customer of the return procedure appropriate to their circumstances.
For returns covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity, the necessary costs of bringing the product into conformity will be borne by Maison Taslar, in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal provisions, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full or partial refund.
